Our friends at the Institute for Justice today released an excellent video to accompany the amicus brief they’ve filed in Florida v. Harris, a case up for Supreme Court review this term. The basic issue is whether a dog alert is sufficient probable cause to justify a search and seizure. Watch the video, read the amicus.
